Marketing Strategy Development & Execution

• Oversee & execute the organization of marketing campaigns (digital & offline) for the hospitals of IHH Healthcare .
• Managing social media platform and keep all relevant parties up to date in regards to the latest social trends with regards to the business.
• Increasing brand awareness across various social platforms for IHH Healthcare .
• Maintain strong communication between the company and external stakeholders.

Market Research & development of strategic direction

• Collecting & collating information to identify any new trends or opportunities in the patient acquisition.
• Work with the country manager in developing various marketing & strategy for various groups of target customers. (such as Go To Market strategies, Putting across Unique Selling Points etc)

Stakeholder Collaboration

• Collaborate with other departments, such as patient services team in Cambodia and marketing team in  and Philippines, to align marketing efforts with overall company goals.

Lead Generation and Conversion / Reporting and Analysis

• Implement lead generation strategies to acquire new patients and nurture existing leads.
• Track and analyse the performance of marketing campaigns, providing regular reports to management.
• Use data to make informed decisions and refine strategies for continuous improvement

WORKING EXPERIENCE

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Demonstrated clear, proficient use of marketing and content management systems (social platforms, Powerpoint presentations etc)
• Refined communication, leadership, and analytical skills.
• Able to work in cross-functional teams.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.
• Marketing and Medical / Healthcare background knowledge would be advantageous for this position.

COMPETENCY & QUALIFICATION

• Good spoken and written English languages;
• A committed team player able to work on own initiative with the minimum of supervision;
• Must have good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Must be well-organized and meticulous;
• Able to work independently.
